Streetwear and identity in roleplay
Streetwear is the everyday uniform of most city roleplay. Hoodies, tracksuits and trainers say a lot about a character without being loud.
Small changes go a long way: a specific colour, a logo, or a fit that sits slightly oversized can make a hoodie feel like it belongs to one character only.
Because streetwear is so common, custom pieces are a great way for crews and individuals to stand out from everyone else wearing stock clothing.
Hoodies can include extra details such as drawstrings, pockets and prints, which make them feel more realistic in close-ups.
They also pair well with other streetwear items, so one custom hoodie can be part of many different outfits.
